Gallantry BBQ Cook-Off Guidelines

Samples: Prepare enough for 20–25 men to savor and judge your masterpiece.
Assistant: One helper to set up and serve at your station.
Materials: Bring all the essentials—napkins, plates, toothpicks, and utensils.
Warmers: Keep your BBQ hot and ready to wow with your own heating gear.
Judging Criteria
Your BBQ will be scored on a scale of 1-10 in these areas:
Appearance: How appetizing does it look?
Taste: Flavor and seasoning balance.
Smell: Does the aroma draw you in?
Texture: Is it cooked to perfection?
Judges include the men of Gallantry and our leadership teams. Bring the flavor, wow with presentation, and let your originality shine!
Entry Fee: $125(Custom Gallantry T-Shirt Incl.)
Prizes:
1st Place Overall: $500 + a custom "Gallantry Pit Master " apron.
2nd Place Overall: $125.
3rd Place Overall: $75.
