TARGET GROUP
The overarching reach of OWI Gallantry is to engage men & young men from the age 16 to adulthood, to have difficult conversations on topics that go largely ignored. We are challenging ourselves to build community among men, a support system with built in accountability that works to ensure men are whole relationally, emotionally, physically, financially, spiritually, and mentally. We will assist men who desire to learn their purpose and live it out. OWI believes that your purpose grows with you, the more you learn the clearer your purpose becomes and the more you grow your purpose expands before you. OWI will intentionally target men and young men who have a desire to live out their purpose.
LOUNGE
Facebook Live streams, discussing current events, and whatever topic that is on the agenda for the upcoming Roundtable or Summit. It is designed to engage the public at large bringing them into the conversation while promoting the upcoming Gallantry event.
ROUND TABLES
Focused topic-driven discussions in various areas that men simply need to have. Each Roundtable will be facilitated by subject matter experts. The Roundtables are intended to be conversational and not instructional or lecture style. We want to engage men and have them speak and add to the conversation. We will offer light snacks and or refreshments as well as free raffles during each roundtable.

KOS Briefings (Kingdom Operating Systems): Every other Thursday at 8 PM EST, we go live on YouTube with teaching, Q&A, and real conversation designed to equip you in faith, family, and leadership.
BOARD Group Check-Ins: After each briefing, we invite men into BOARD groups (Bereans Of Accountability, Reconciliation, and Discipleship) for connection, reflection, and practical application.
Brotherhood in Action: This is your chance to share testimonies, ask questions, chime in with your thoughts, and encourage others on the same journey.
